As an Intelligence Analyst, you will assess information, provide judgments, and make recommendations to support our ability to take action to mitigate threats. Your knowledge, recommendations, and strategies will help identify and combat threats, and you'll utilize networks to help mitigate risks before they are realized. You'll be involved in the integration and evaluation of all available data, and the preparation of intelligence products, including quickly developed single-source, event-oriented reports, and longer-term all-source and intelligence studies. Your duties will also include gathering intelligence data, assessing and validating the intelligence, preparing intelligence reports and briefings, creating new records and files, and updating existing intelligence files.

You will provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Responsibilities:

• Produce all-source intelligence products fusing information from multiple sources

• Brief leadership and customers both formally and informally

• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing hybrid schedule of 2 days in the office per week

• Help data science team develop new capabilities by gathering feedback from customers and other analysts to enhance existing capabilities

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience◦ A higher-level degree may substitute for experience◦ Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility

• Experience working in the Intelligence Community or with Military Intelligence Missions

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Targeting, Cyber, SIGINT Experience

• Experience working with U.S., and allied countries on intelligence problems

• Experience working with Special Operations.

• Experience working in single-intelligence and all-source intelligence domains.

• Background with US Military Intelligence doctrine and Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) process

• Familiarity with exploitation phase of intelligence development

• Experience in tasking, collection, processing, and dissemination activities

• Possess a background working with tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.

• Experience in Python

• Strong background with use of exploitation tools

• Create and identify Intellectual Property, including patents and trade secrets
