Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integration Engineer to join our team in DC Metro Area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions for case management and records management applications, focusing on configuring/customizing COTS and handling large numbers of integrations with external systems.

• Optimize software for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale data feeds.

• Configure, integrate, and administer tools to support client workflows, case management, records management, and data management. Specifically, work on the development and deployment of APIs and microservices for data pipelines that feed those tools.

• Develop and configure data integrations with remote systems using REST calls, data feeds, and other mechanisms to ensure scalable and secure data storage and management.

• Utilize DevOps tools and techniques to build integrations with external systems, including social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools.

• Enhance the client's data management and analytic capabilities by configuring AWS GovCloud SaaS offerings.

• Collaborate with software architects, data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models and other analytical tools into production software systems.

• Stay current with advancements in machine learning and software engineering, incorporating best practices into the development process.

• Apply design thinking or other solution-based methods to solve problems consisting of various qualitative activities that support the generation of insightful, human-centered and impactful design solutions.

• Perform knowledge elicitation from client of business problem details and incorporate that knowledge into algorithms, models, and approaches in client solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Seven (7) or more years (5 of experience in software development, systems integration, data management, or related fields.

• Experience with configuring and developing in a major public cloud system such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience in programming and/or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, C++, or Java.

• Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flask, Docker).

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with DevOps tools and techniques for building integrations with external systems including Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Example tools include Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation Templates

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, One Drive, and other enterprise data repositories.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Prior experience in a government or defense contracting environment.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Poly

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
