Dynamic plaintiff personal injury firm located in the South Bay has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a fully remote part-time plaintiff person injury litigation paralegal

Duties/Requirements:

• Support 1 attorney on motion team

• Nice to have PI experience

• Must have 3+ years civil litigation experience in California

• Draft shells for motions, discovery and pleadings

• Conduct legal research

• Trial Prep nice to have

• Clio case management nice to have

• Paralegal certificate/ degree

  Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Calendar Management is required.

• Strong legal research skills are necessary.

• Knowledge of Personal Injury Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Personal Injury Plaintiffs is required.

Hours:

• 25 hours weekly – any three days of the week

• 8:30am to 5:00pm
