Insight Global AV Technician in Hermitage, Tennessee
Job Description
A global company is hiring an AV Technician to work in their Hermitage location. This resource will provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present company supplied briefing materials using installed or company furnished audio-visual equipment, display company supplied briefings via PowerPoint, video, projectors, and audio PA systems.
Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
Reserve, schedule, and set up audio visual equipment as required
Coordinate requirements with company and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma
3-5 years of AV Tech experience
Hands-on experience with VTC equipment like cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
Knowledge of Crestron hardware, Cisco cameras and codecs, and Biamp DSPs
Knowledge of LAN is and how to troubleshoot network related issues
Customer service centric personality
Willing to work onsite 5 days a week Hands on experience with Crestron hardware, Cisco cameras and Codecs, and Biamp DSPs null
