Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Financial Services team in HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania. This position is a contract to hire opportunity, ideally suited for an individual with a minimum of one year of experience in a high volume, inbound call center. Prior banking experience will be highly regarded.

Your primary role will comprise of addressing a high volume of inbound customer calls, dealing with inquiries, and maintaining immaculate customer records. Your exceptional customer service skills will play a crucial role in the resolution of customer complaints and queries made through calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries efficiently.

• Be the first point of contact for complaints or queries over the phone, email, or in person.

• Support customers with account openings, issue resolutions, updates, and provide answers to general banking queries.

• Familiarize customers with banking products and services, providing accurate information.

• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent customer service experience.

• Generate tailored banking solutions based on customers' individual account analysis.

• Adhere strictly to banking regulations, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of customer data.

• Stay up-to-date with all banking services, products, and procedures.

• Utilize various computer programs, CRM systems for performing tasks and managing customer information.

Once the training period is completed, the position requires a 40-hour work week with varying shifts including rotating weekend work. All schedules will be provided in advance. This position is ideally suited for someone with proven experience in high volume inbound call center environment. Prior banking experience will be highly regarded.

Schedule: After training period, 40 hours a week with varying shifts (8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 12-9) + rotating weekend shifts. Your scheduled will always be scheduled in advance.

Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs related to customer service and financial services

• Experience with CRM systems

• Ability to effectively answer inbound calls and provide superior customer service

• Demonstrated ability to assist customers with their queries and concerns

• Knowledge of benefit functions within the financial services industry

• Understanding of billing functions and procedures

• Experience in a call center customer service role is a plus

• Ability to resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively

• Commitment to providing superior customer service at all times

• Open to applicants with 0+ years of experience in a relevant role.
