Description We are in search of a diligent Credit Clerk to be an integral part of our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry, located in HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania. As a Credit Clerk, your role will involve handling customer invoices, managing payments, and maintaining precise financial records. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer invoices to ensure prompt payments.

• Keep a track of incoming deposits and manage credit card payments effectively.

• Liaise with the sales team to monitor and manage outstanding invoices.

• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded by matching payments with invoices.

• Post payments to the respective accounts promptly, maintaining precise financial records.

• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity.

• Handle sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality.

• Resolve any issues or errors related to invoices or payments appropriately.

• Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial operations.

• Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Answering Inbound Calls, Billing Functions, Check Processing, and Collection Processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Knowledge of Banner Ads.

• Familiarity with Business Systems.

• Basic understanding of Chef software.

• Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently.

• Experience in Billing Functions.

• Proficiency in Check Processing.

• Knowledge of Collection Processes.
