The Data and Analytics Product team is a newly formed organization comprised of three major product pillars: Workflow Data Fabric, Process Mining and Platform Analytics. The focus of the team is to build solutions for our customers that power workflows and agentic AI with internal and external data to unlock exponential customer value.

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will work with the Data and Analytics product teams and cross-functional partners to deliver world-class products and applications. In addition, you will support the execution of our strategy across key operational cadences. Our teams span the globe and require program managers to keep the big picture in focus. It will be your responsibility to orchestrate and navigate across a fast moving company as we strive toward our goal of becoming the Defining Enterprise Software Company of the 21st Century.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market readiness plans for new and existing products, working with cross functional teams.

  • Build, coordinate & facilitate programs and/or projects.

  • Develop, track & communicate overall plans, definition and agreement on scope, success criteria, schedule, key milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies and resolutions.

  • Coordinate a regular cadence across the divisional and functional leaders with operational metrics needed for weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings.

  • Closed Loop management of Customer Programs such as Design Partner, Control Go-to-Market, Product Advisory Council (where needed).

  • Identify and manage program level go-to-market issues resolution and risk mitigations.

  • Navigate initiatives for improvements in Data and Analytics go-to-market enablement and strategic operations, to meet our business objectives.

  • Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment for recommendations and assisting teams with resolving critical path issues and hurdles.

  • Establish, collect, and enable the reporting of key product and business metrics to executives, organizational leaders and teams to inform and drive business resolutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years technical program management experience on a global scale with at least 3 years of experience running large go to market and product delivery programs; basic knowledge of ServiceNow or similar system is desired.

  • Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal, and/or other go-to-market teams.

  • Proven ability to drive and deliver successful programs with 25+ team members across a fast paced, matrix environment.

  • Excellent facilitation skills in coordinating planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, including the ability to concisely and accurately communicate with team members and senior leadership (i.e. VP/SVP).

  • Ability to efficiently context switch amongst multiple projects.
