Citigroup Finance Reporting Senior Analyst (C12) in Heredia, Costa Rica

The position will work closely with Risk Reporting/Risk Management, Finance/Product Control, as well as members of Treasury to report on, monitor, and forecast the company’s liquidity position. The position will involve monitoring and forecasting short and long term liquidity needs as well as analyzing the group’s structural liquidity and its impact on the organizations aggregate position.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for production of Off-Balance Sheet Reporting, Central Bank Facilities, Daily Deposits, Daily Liquidity and Capital Summary and other stress reports.
Lead end to end reporting process and stakeholder management.
Responsible to create metrics for liquidity reports and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Calculation of liquidity and ratios to allow management to monitor changes in structural liquidity
Also responsible for producing various other ad-hoc regulatory reporting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for reviewing the daily Off-balance sheet, central bank facilities, and daily deposits reports and the underlying data processing platforms impacting the report.
2.Escalating the data quality issues noticed in the data flow impacting the daily SLA’s
3.Liaise with members of Risk Reporting/Risk Management, Finance, and Liquidity Management/ Treasury to ensure the data is validated and accurate report is published to stakeholders
4.. Responsible for participating in the production of existing as well as playing a lead role in the development of new Regulatory reporting requirements
Participate with members of the various disciplines to identify ways to streamline in order to create more accurate and timely results, as well as improving efficiency
Present the analysis /issues noticed/challenges to the stakeholders based on adhoc requests related to our liquidity reporting processes
Maintain constant dialog with LM / Treasurers and other stakeholders to highlight issues with the overall liquidity position.
8.Understand the implications of the changes made by Treasurers and liquidity management group and capture the impact of the same in the report.
9.Respond to adhoc queries by the business and engage with them for additional analysis if required.
- Involvement in testing, Project documentation and understanding regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of working experience related to Finance / Treasury
Advanced English level
Academic background in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration
Experience with data platforms and managing large data sets
