What you get to do in this role: * *
Triage and resolve Anaplan data quality requests using ITSM
Develop and implement data quality rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data capture and maintenance
Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures, including terminology, definitions, and data categorization
Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
Provide recommendations and system enhancements to address source data issues
Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports
Perform ad hoc data quality analyses as needed
Build and support Anaplan Sales Performance Management (SPM) models
Implement and maintain WalkMe and AI Chatbot for Anaplan models
To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Analytics, or Informatics
1+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field
Working knowledge of ITSM, Anaplan, RightData, and WalkMe is a plus
Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus
Flexibility to work extra hours during quarter-end
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both technical and non-technical
