Bank of Eastern Oregon is now hiring for a full-time Electronic Banking Specialist in our eBanking department located at our Administrative Office in Heppner, OR. Looking for someone excited to offer excellent customer service while assisting our customers with their banking needs. This position will be located in Heppner. Schedule will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. The PRIMARY focus of this position will be VISA cards - duties will include: processing of bankcard applications, ordering cards, monitoring fraud alerts & contacting customers; assisting customers with disputes or inquiries about statements, charges & payments, verify transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring accounts are coded correctly, and balancing general ledger & checking accounts; will be cross-trained and provide support in other eBanking duties as outlined in the job description (available for review with this job posting).
