Position Summary:

As one of the primary contacts for our customers, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service. Excellence in customer service is accomplished by being responsive to customer needs, being a problem solver, and by providing accurate information and order assistance.

Your days as a customer care representative will be busy and engaging. Your day to day tasks will include:

  • Being responsive to customer questions and requests

  • Process customer orders, including backlog orders (accurate data entry and review)

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and customer service team to ensure orders are fulfilled and all questions/issues are addressed.

  • Process customer returns

  • Work closely with the Accounting team and the VP of sales to resolve credit inquiries.

    Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years related experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

  • Ability to partner with the sales team and work towards one shared goal of providing our customers with excellent service.

  • Data entry, with a high level of accuracy

  • Advanced comprehension skills

    • Ability to read and understand instructions, SOP’s, software and catalogs.

    This is a full time, in-office position with hours of M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
