Job Title: Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to work on commercial projects located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, with a strong understanding of blueprint interpretation, and proficiency in various piping materials.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

• Interpret and work from blueprints and plans.

• Work with various piping materials including copper, cast iron, and PVC.

• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.

• Perform brazing and other plumbing techniques as needed.

• Collaborate with construction and mechanical teams to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade.

• Proficiency in plumbing installation and repair.

• Experience with copper, cast iron, and PVC piping.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Journeyman license is a plus.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Projects are located in Sandston, Richmond, and Williamsburg.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Henrico, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00
