Industrial Maintenance Technician

A popular Packaging Providing company in Henrico, VA is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team and help maintain and repair various packaging machinery.

The company is looking for a Technician to start right away so Aerotek will provide a rapid interview process so you start work as soon as possible!

Skills :

• Experience with flex converting machines, balers, labeling machines, automated equipment, and conveyor systems

• Ability to inspect drives, motors, and belts; check fluid levels; replace filters

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Experience in conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance

• Capability to assist with machine changeovers and machining tasks

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Effective collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Experience Level : Intermediate - Expert

Location : Henrico, VA

Pay / Shift: Pay is depending on experience

This is a 2nd shift opening (3 PM - 11 PM, Monday to Friday). Candidates will need to be relatively flexible around this. There is an option for overtime, and occasional Saturday work may be required depending on workload

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00
