About The Role

As a Store Person, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of goods within the warehouse and ensuring all inventory is accurately accounted for and stored. This role is vital to maintaining smooth operations and supporting our team to deliver top-quality service

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in all Warehouse activities, Receiving, Storage, Picking, Packing and Invoicing.

  • Receive deliveries of consumables and ordered items

  • Check all incoming goods to ensure they are as per purchase orders

  • Pack customer orders in a manner that eliminates damage in transit to an absolute minimum

  • Participate in cycle counting & periodic stocktakes as required

  • Store work; including forklift driving / loading and unloading of materials, etc; packing of orders; receiving in stock items and orders; general duties

  • Manage and maintain store in a clean and organised manner

  • Loading and/or unloading of vehicles and/or trucks

    About you:

  • Forklift driver certification is essential

  • Knowledge of factory or manufacturing processes

  • Physical fitness with the ability to undertake manual-handling activities

  • Ability to follow operating procedures

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • The ability to read and write, along with arithmetic skills, is crucial.

  • Ability to use hand tools and operate basic machinery
