Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Hempstead, New York. This role primarily involves handling customer service tasks, including answering calls and gathering information for the underwriting department. This is a contract employment opportunity that requires a proficient understanding of CRM and Database management, along with exceptional skills in customer satisfaction and complaint handling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

• Gather information for the underwriting department as required

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM and database systems

• Assist in the billing functions and manage customer accounts

• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries

• Handle client relations and manage any casualty claims or complaints

• Utilize EO/IR systems and EXPRESS software in daily tasks

• Work within a call center environment to provide top-notch customer service

• Adhere to 'About Time' guidelines for all tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Database management.

• Hands-on experience with EO/IR systems and EXPRESS.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and About Time software.

• Competency in Billing Functions.

• Strong abilities in Client Relations and Complaint Handling.

• Proven track record in improving Customer Satisfaction.

• Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service.

• Familiarity with Casualty Claims and Auto General Liability (AGL) Claims.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
