Role Purpose:

Make electronic changes to documents including formatting updates as needed for Quality

Responsibilities:

  • Make electronic changes to documents including formatting updates as needed for Quality

  • Assign Document Audits / follow through to ensure audit is complete and make electronic changes as needed

  • Control and maintain Job Aids, Forms and other Documents -Administration/First level of review of documents in ETQ

  • Printing Deviations and other documents as need by departments

  • First-level support for Document Control Office questions/inquiries

  • Assemble and maintain training packets for new Quality Assurance Operators

  • Coordinate and track training for Quality Assurance Operators

  • Conduct classroom and/or OTJ training for Solar plant QA Operators as needed

  • Communicate on a regular basis with Solar QA operations

  • Participate in Plant Training activities

Requirement Skills/Competencies for Applicants

Operational Skills:

  • Proficient data collection and entry skills

  • Detail-oriented and disciplined thought process to ensure compliance to procedures

Computer Skills:

  • Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Willing to learn new computer skills

Communication Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization to collect data needed for procedures and training

  • Ability to communicate training materials in one-on-one, group, and classroom settings

Flexibility:

  • Flexibility in work hours

  • Self-motivated, accepts responsibility, positive, can-do attitude, wants to help Solar maintain a world-class manufacturing position

  • Independent worker who can set own priorities

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree (AAS) minimum or 4+ years manufacturing experience

  • 2+ years' work experience in manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in quality

  • Manufacturing experience

The range for this position is $45,301.00 - $62,289.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
