Do you have experience in corporate real estate and are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a commercial environment in an international and fast-growing business?

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join, as an Associate Director or Director, in our growing Occupier Accounts team in Finland, within the Advisory and Transaction (A&T) department, of CBRE Finland.

What will You be doing?

As an Associate Director or Director in our Occupier Accounts team, you will be part of a dynamic unit, responsible for the creation of bespoke portfolio strategies as well as managing real estate transactions, for Finnish occupier clients, globally. You will be the single point of contact in managing a client’s portfolio in line with their strategic corporate objectives and responsible for producing a wide variety of analyses and relevant documentation. The role would also be responsible to drive growth with our existing clients as well as securing new mandates, with Finnish based companies.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain real estate strategies that align with the client's business objectives, including managing lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space through subleasing, early lease terminations, and more.

  • Prepare, present and execute complex transactions in line with the agreed real estate strategies, while reporting and advising client stakeholders in this process.

  • Coordinate these transactions through local field brokers, as well as reviewing business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.

  • Monitor all transaction activity and prepare commissions, forecasts, and accounts.

  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure integration between companies and departments.

  • Take a leading role in the expansion of scope with our existing clients as well as the identification, pursuit and securing of new clients, to grow the existing client base.

  • Contribute and apply advanced knowledge to the development of new products, processes, standards, methods, and operational plans in support of achieving individual and departmental goals.

  • Showcase expertise in your own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organizational function. Coach others to develop the same in-depth knowledge and expertise.

  • Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Expert interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and an advanced ability to present and work through complex scenarios.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with 8-10 years of relevant experience or similar combination of experience and education.

  • Real Estate Broker license is preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of financial and principles to review, analyse, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return).
