Westaff Reimbursement Accounting Clerk in Helena, Montana
Westaff is seeking a Reimbursement Accounting Clerk for a state department in Helena, MT!Term: 3 + MonthsSchedule: M-F, 8am-5pmPay: $17.00-$18.50/hour DOEResponsibilities of Accounting Technician:•Research patient eligibility and benefits/coverages. Enter patient coverages into billing system. •Enter laboratory and therapy services from several different facilities. •Assist with reconciling patient accounts and ledgers. •Update county commitment types in billing system as well as document receipt of court documents when received. •Compile past due statements, reconcile ledgers, send past due statement to counties for reimbursement. •Document when statements have been sent to the county. •Assist with IHS billing, as well as acquiring prior authorizations.
