State of Montana Program Coordinator (04170) in Helena, Montana

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Business and Financial Services Division. The Internal Support (ISS) Unit provides support and services to the entire DPHHS agency on a statewide basis. This position performs agency support functions and provides coordination on projects. These projects may include office moves, office equipment set-up, basic on the ground equipment and asset management. This position will also be implementing and coordinating several reporting functions for the ISS Unit. Some of these reporting functions will be monthly fleet mileage, warehouse inventory, daily/weekly/monthly stats for ISS programs. This position will also be the lead on the ISS Surplus website. This position will also become the Records Management Back-up for the Division. Qualifications for this Career Opportunity * * * Ability to represent Internal Support Services programs in a positive professional manner. * Ability to maintain exceptional customer service to all staff, contractors, partners etc. * Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office products and comfortable learning other programs. * Communicate professionally both orally and in writing. * Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and pallet jack. * Meet minimum qualifications: o High Schools Diploma or equivalent.
