JOB OVERVIEW * · TheData Quality Specialists is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across an organization. They work closely with different departments to ensure that data is clean, organized, and reliable so that it can be used for strategic decision-making purposes. * The Data Quality Specialist responds to service desk tickets related to the offender management information system by identifying the issue, working with the system user or application development specialist to resolve issues, or working with back-end data to resolve the issue. o When recurring or urgent issues are identified, the Data Quality Specialist creates a Data Quality Alert bulletin to make users aware of the issue, the effect on data quality, and how to resolve the issue. * Responsible for conducting data quality checks and ensuring that data conforms to predefined data standards.
