The positionis responsible forproviding quality customer service, administrative, and technical support to the Montana Lottery employees, retailers,playersand the general public. The work includes, but is not limited to, answering and responding to phone calls, maintaining ongoing communications with players, researching various computer data bases/applications to answer questions, providing administrative support to Lottery staff, documenting concerns and referring the caller to the appropriate parties and participating in State wide Lottery promotional events which may require working irregular hours. Position also requires keeping apprised of all ongoing game changes, activities, equipment, plus the ability to explain payout percentages, game play/bonus play functions; answering Lottery e-mail, helping customersmaneuverand become familiar with the Montana Lottery website andassistingcustomers in troubleshooting issues with the Player’s Club. The position reports to theDeputy Director.
