St. Peters Health Ambulance Service Manager - Full-Time (Exempt) in Helena, Montana
The Ambulance Manager is primarily responsible for management of the operational functions of the Ambulance Service at St. Peter’s Health. The Manager provides active supervision to EMS staff on duty, acts as a clinical resource and represents standards of professionalism for the Service staff and responders throughout the local/regional EMS systems. The Ambulance manager liaisons with the service Medical Director and leads the implementation of quality care standards for all patient populations and assists in determining educational, clinical and competency needs of the staff. The manager is responsible for completion or oversight of personnel, scheduling, patient care issues, fleet maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Understanding and participation in shift coverage is expected when needed.
