康宁公司的显示科技事业部生产主要应用于LCD电视、笔记本电脑和平板显示器的有源矩阵液晶显示器（“LCD”）玻璃基板。

Major Responsibilities主要职责:

• Execute operating plan to achieve team objectives.

执行运营计划以实现团队目标。

• Conduct day to day patrol and SOS/Base case compliance with procedures.

进行日常巡逻，并遵守相关程序。

• To be emergency response member to react Facility emergency response in case of system failure

当系统发生故障时，作为应急响应人员对设备进行应急响应

• Build effective relations with plant support groups.

• Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes (Follow process control, process discipline).

实施和记录材料、工艺和/或设备的变更(遵循制程控制，制程纪律)。

• Executes documented operating procedures and follows established document control protocols.

• Executes the protection of Corning’s Intellectual Asset Property (IAP).

• Implement training and certification plans.

• Implement PM/PDM activities to achieve Facility maintenance performance.

实施PM/PDM活动以达到设备维护的效果。

• Initiate improvement case by plant side activity

通过参与工厂活动提出改善方案

Knowledge/Skills/Ability 知识/技能/能力

• 熟悉公用设备的运行和维护工作，确保设备正常运作及设备的故障排除及检修；

• 熟悉工厂的高低压设备管理，包括变电站、UPS系统、发电机，相关设备的运行；

• 具备全厂公用设施及动力设备的运行、维护；监控动力能源（水、电、气、暖通）等正常供给的能力；

• 了解厂务基础设施的改善、改进、节能工作；

• 熟悉空调系统的日常运行、维护；

• 熟悉污水处理、废气处理系统的日常运行和、维护；

• 了解厂务设备系统运行参数分析，发现异常查明原因并及时解决；

• 熟练掌握厂务系统的能耗统计及管理等工作，做到节能降耗；

• 了解厂务系统改造施工现场监护工作。

• 了解紧急情况和异常情况,对系统做出快速复归响应。

• 熟悉安全、健康和环境的核心责任

• 熟练使用office 办公软件

Education

Required:

• College degree or above, major in electromechanical, electrical, HVAC and other majors is preferred;

Desired:

• Bachelor degree is desired

Experience

Required:

• 2 years or above of operation experience in the facility systems

从事厂务类相关工作事务2年以上；

Desired:.

• High / low voltage electrician certificates, boiler operation certificate is preferred

具有高、低压电工证，锅炉操作证优先

• Familiar with FMCS & SCADA system and programming is preferred.

熟悉FMCS & SCADA 系统及会编程者优先。
