Within this role you contribute to Service Operations Europe, Middle East and Afrika (EMEA) aspirations, by taking responsibility for a (continuous) group of tactical/strategic projects, ensuring expectations (output) are aligned with company goals and completed on time, within budget. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to join our Strategy Enablement Team, within the Service Operations EMEA Organization. Within this role it is your responsibility to drive Strategy (Deployment). Turning ambitions into actions. The role contains 2 strategic elements: First, you are responsible, to coordinate and drive Policy Deployment within Service Operations EMEA. Work balancing, priority setting (intake process), traction and communication are all imbedded. Second, it is your responsibility to bring aspirations (Tree of Service Roadmap) beyond the actual Service Operation portfolio to life. Stakeholder mapping, defining/managing expectations, accessing capabilities and driving/supporting change management, are all part of the job.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Leading and managing Programs/Projects within Service operations EMEA, ensuring significant cross-team and cross-department collaboration, acting as a cross-functional bridge to ensure alignment and synergy across programs and identifying and solving complex and ambiguous problems by driving new or existing solutions and applying best practices and shift from tactical to proactive thinking by recommending new or extended capabilities and approaches

  • Contributing to the program strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, identifying synergies and dependencies across programs to optimize overall impact and outcomes for the business and contributing, designing and implementing a Program management methodology

  • Making informed decisions with incomplete information, considering higher-order implications such as brand impact and customer trust and balancing details with bigger picture considerations

  • Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and partners, influencing senior cross-functional partners and leadership and motivating stakeholders around the broader vision and mission

  • Managing department budgets effectively, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with strategic goals

  • Establishing and implement workflows internally and externally to support initiatives, ensuring streamlined execution and program efficacy, coordinating and driving Strategy Deployment within Service Operations EMEA

  • Performing all activities to conform with all work instructions and quality procedures, acting as a team player, contributing to a ‘great place to work’ environment and taking Household rules, Code of Conduct and EHS procedures into account, to guarantee optimum work conditions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience and minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role with an advanced understanding of various project management methodologies

  • Proven experience in project management within a strategy and operations context, preferably in an engineering organization and demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, organize, and structure complex issues and excellent communication skills in the English language, with the ability to share domain expertise confidently and clearly to diverse audiences (verbal and written)

  • Financial acumen and experience managing department budgets

  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and trade-offs, with a strong business mindset

  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

The following additional skills are considered a valuable plus: Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt), Power BI, SAP, Quality Mindset.
