Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Analyst based out of Hazelwood, MO .

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee & coordinate new business/proposals, subcontract support, supplier delivery performance and support for program objectives

• Developing solutions to complex problems that consistently support program and customer objectives

• Develop and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, contracts, engineering, estimating, supplier management and other support functions.

• The candidate will serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for the team on major matters pertaining to proposals

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery

• Primary systems and tool’s include SCARS, PMTT, SMPP, EPIC, and Microsoft Excel.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with Government proposals

• 3+ years of experience in effectively communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership.

• 3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

• Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement Processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years’ experience with PBOM review

• 1+ years’ experience supporting New Business

• 1+ years’ using PMTT in SCARs

Typical Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $76,500 - $103,5
