JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking a Seasonal Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our staff in Hayward, WI at the Gemoaben Resort and Conference Center. Function: Assists Resort Manager with maintaining the resort facilities and providing assistance to resort guests. Tasks include; maintenance, caretaking, security of grounds and facilities, and servicing of guests. Job Duties: -Lawn maintenance -Beach and boat cleanup -Cutting & stacking of firewood -Guest assistance -Light housekeeping on occasion -Exterior painting -Other duties as assigned Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal.
