Overview Join the Marketplace Foods grocery store team in Hayward, Wisconsin as our Meat Department Manager! This full-time position is tasked with manging all aspects of our busy meat department. In this role, you can expect to: Get creative! With the help of your remarkable team, build fun merchandising displays that drive sales and gross profit for your meat department Share your favorite ways to prepare and cook products, offering tips, tricks, and advise to our guests and employees Provide remarkable guest service to each and every guest that shops in our store by greeting them with a friendly \"hello\" and helping them find items that they are looking for Hire, train, coach, and mentor part-time and full-time team members in your department and serve as a resource to other areas of the store Prepare high quality products for our display cases, service counters, coolers and bunkers Lead by example - ensuring that the department is a safe, clean, and fun place for our team members to work and guests to shop Hayward, WI is a beautiful community with opportunities for year-round activities.
