Join Our Team as a Primary Packaging Technician!

Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Hayward, where we manufacture innovative products that help close wounds after surgeries.

Shifts Available:

• 4am-12:30pm

• 11am-7:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment.

• Operate machinery that packages our life-saving products.

• Rotate stations every 2 hours to keep things fresh and engaging.

• Perform stretches between rotations to stay energized.

• Handle different sized syringes filled with a special gel.

• Minimal lifting required (less than 10% of the day, up to 25 lbs).

Shift Details:

• Overtime is mandatory.

• First day orientation: 8:30AM-3:30PM, then switch to your regular shift.

Gowning Requirements:

• Full gowning required (similar to a HAZMAT suit).

• Face, legs, hands, head, hair, beard, mustache, feet, shoes, torso, and upper body must be covered.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Cleanroom experience

• Packaging expertise

• GMP knowledge

• Machine operation skills

• Manufacturing and assembly experience

• Quality control proficiency

• Ability to handle repetitive lifting

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a cleanroom or HAZMAT suit

• Experience in medical devices or regulated environments (lab, hospital, manufacturing, food, etc.)
