SUMMARY\ Support the communications department in creating and developing print and digital\ materials, including graphics, content for social media and the Sunflower website, and\ promotional and branding materials.
Essential Responsibilities
Design
Assist in creating visually appealing print and digital materials, including graphics, social\ media content and promotional materials, while maintaining consistency with the\ companys branding guidelines.
Collaboration & Support
Collaborate closely with the communications team, as well as other project stakeholders\ and Members, to brainstorm ideas, execute projects, and provide support for daily\ communication efforts. Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment,\ sharing of insights, and successful delivery of key initiatives.
Materials & Asset Management
Maintain an organized archive of all design materials and communication assets for\ easy access and future use, ensuring proper file management practices are followed.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in graphic design,\ communication, tourism & hospitality, public relations, marketing, or related area.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong proficiency in computer software for design, including Adobe Creative Suite\ (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva.
Creativity and a keen eye for details.
Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to modern design trends, as well as Sunflower\ branding guidelines.
Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are at the level required to\ successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the position.
Able to operate computers and associated programs at the level required to\ successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the position.
Ability to contribute and collaborate with a team to create effective communication\ materials.
Other
Possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
Able to travel to all Sunfl wer sites and attend training and meetings out of state as\ needed.
Regular and prompt attendance is required.
Able to work overtime, both scheduled and/or unscheduled.
