Aerotek, voted Best of Staffing, is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to permanently work with a well-respected company with a pay of $25-50/hr. Client pays very generously with competitive pay rates in the market. The position is based out of Beverly Hills, CA . Ideal candidates would be looking for a long-term opportunity and to grow with a company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain, and repair VRF systems and gravity furnaces in custom homes.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.

· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures.

· Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.

· Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

· Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on VRF systems and gravity furnaces.

· Expert knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

7:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00
