Actalent Quality Manager in Havre De Grace, Maryland

Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

Manage the local Quality Management System, including ISO 9001, Food Safety (GFSI certification, preferably BRCGS), HACCP Team Leader, PCQI / US FDA 21CFR Part 117 and 121, IPEC GMP, and BL Silica Global Policies. Oversee Management of Change and CAPA processes. Track and manage plant Quality KPIs, trend data using Minitab, report First Time Right, handle and investigate customer complaints, and manage non-conformance reports and investigations. Conduct internal audits, supplier audits for qualification and monitoring, and customer, regulator, and third-party audits. Supervise the Quality Control Lab, overseeing day-to-day lab activities, product and raw material release, process control testing (routine in-process, changeover/cleanout, troubleshooting/investigation), and use the ERP system (SAP) for quality control and analytical testing for investigation.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Havre De Grace, Maryland and some days remote.
