Kuehne+Nagel National Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Project Manager in Havenlaan, Belgium

As a Customer Onboarding Senior Project Manager you will manage the customer onboarding and implementation projects

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Senior Project Manager to oversee the onboarding and implementation of standard projects, including light automation and new or existing building integrations. Key responsibilities include managing workstreams such as Facilities Engineering, BT (IT/IS), Procurement, QSHE, Distribution (transport), and Automation while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • The day to day running of the project, and to be the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project.

  • Leads the weekly project meetings Internally and with the customer.

  • Leads and drives the scheduled steering team meetings - providing regular status reports.

  • Facilitates and drives the meetings for the Zero Failure (ZF) Gate approval.

  • Project reporting & prepares for the ZF gate submissions.

  • Risk & Issues Management - Identifies risks, reviews status and manages mitigation.

  • Project Planning: Create and manage the complete project plan specifically the critical path.

  • Scope Management & Change Request Management & Project Financial Management & Stakeholder Management

  • Managing the project team to ensure project delivery, providing indirect feedback on individuals performance.

  • Needs to be able to manage the change requests and there commercial impact

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the logistics

  • An ability to delegate to others with ability to work independently

  • Working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines

  • Foster collaboration and teamwork

  • Ability to negotiate withcustomers and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
