Purpose:
Promote the growth of the commercial coverage of the partner network, both qualitative and quantitative, in the territory entrusted to it. To achieve Xerox's business and revenue objectives by optimizing the promotion of our products by partners and by assisting them financially on selected business.
SCOPE:
· Relay information and actions for product and solution launches to each partner
· Implement, with partners, the action plans necessary to increase the skills of their sales forces, based on the tools and supports made available by Xerox
· Respond to specific tariff requests from partners on selected cases, either directly or in liaison with the central services, within the framework of the delegation granted.
· Relay to partners the pricing actions and specific events decided by Xerox.
· Drive the monthly, quarterly, and yearly outlook process.
· Understand and know how to explain the business model of the distribution network.
· Establish a diagnosis of its territory and the partnership with each dealership with regard to Xerox's strategy.
· Establish a business plan that reflects Xerox's priorities; Commercial coverage, marketing programs, skills, communication, commercial and financial performance, leasing.
· Implement and manage the action plans agreed with each partner according to the diagnoses established and the objectives targeted.
· Support each dealer's development based on Xerox's Value Proposition.
· Take the necessary decisions in terms of modifying the coverage of its territory.
· Drive the accreditation program and ensure Xerox's customer satisfaction and ethics with internal and external customers.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
· Strong business developer and ability to seek out new business opportunities
· Extremely results orientated
· Good commercial acumen and experienced deal maker
· Demonstrated skills to grow and manage partner relationships
· Organized, with the ability to handle multiple deliverable, priorities and targets
· Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to external customers
· Demonstrated business and financial acumen
· Ability to analyze scenarios, troubleshoot and problem solve.
· Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications
· Hands on experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems
· Strong self-initiative and results oriented
· Desire to learn and grow
· Proficiency in English is a necessary in this international organization
