We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.

• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and shipping regulations.

• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

• Communicate with internal teams to address shipping and receiving needs.
