A leading manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join their team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.

• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes.

• Conduct repairs and replacements of defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production schedules.

• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts.

• Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs to restore functionality.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in maintenance operations.
