The Project Coordinator (PC) assists the project management team with daily project execution of the Infinite Campus (K-12 student management) application and any add-on products/services our clients have purchased to be implemented with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform project coordination duties in support of the Project Management team. This includes:
Evaluation and Execution of project status reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Be able to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on assigned projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Project Manager
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Project Manager when working with internal/external teams
Successfully complete deliverables with a hands-on, ownership approach and with a sense of urgency
Provide internal status reporting of assigned work
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working as a project coordinator or in a coordination role, and working with the Infinite Campus application is a plus
- Skills must include Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Professional verbal communication, organizational skills and an overall professional manner are required
Candidates must be customer oriented, self-motivated, ambitious self-starter, possess strong leadership skills and be a dedicated team player
Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
