Executive Administrator
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelors Degree required or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required Minimum seven years experience supporting CEO, C-level and Board of Directors required Expert level oral and written communication skills commensurate with C-suite interactions required High level of trust and diplomacy required
Job Duties:
Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of CEO's time and productive interactions with staff and the public Supports administrative aspects of CEOs daily work routine, including managing their schedule, calendar, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements Proactively helps to develop administrative support strategies and processes that clears up their schedule to focus on critical oversight and outreach Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintains highest level of confidentiality related to all business matters Demonstrates proactive anticipation of executives' needs; taking proactive action independently to address needs Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously and proactively Follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures Plan and prepare information for meetings, presentations, interviews, etc. Take detailed meeting minutes. Arrange and book team outings, lunches, and events Prepares and files executive expense reports Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and coordination of other business-related meetings as requested Support employee engagement activities which include company-wide meetings, team dinners Create PowerPoint presentations; utilizes Microsoft and Google applications May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources

The good faith range for this position is $32.50 to $50.00 an hour. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
