Description

We're looking for an experienced QuickBooks specialist with a strong background in job costing and project profitability. This role plays a crucial part in defining our profit and loss structure, therefore QuickBooks expertise is mandatory. If you enjoy diving deep into financial data, accurately tracking costs, and enhancing project profitability, we'd like to meet you.

Key Duties: Manage all facets of QuickBooks, focusing specifically on Job Costing and Project Profitability to provide precise financial insights. Establish best practices for job costing and project profitability reporting, ensuring the generation of clean and reliable data. Supervise the formation and upkeep of the company’s profit and loss structure, maintaining everything from detailed cost tracking to high-level reporting. Compile financial reports and deliver key insights for management to aid in informed financial decision making.

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks is essential, specifically for Job Costing and Project Profitability. You should have at least 2 years of professional experience in bookkeeping or financial management, specifically in project-based costing. You need to be detail-oriented and be able to work both independently and as part of a team as required. Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to constantly meet deadlines are also required.
