Description

We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk with 3+ years experience and Quickbooks proficiency! As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for executing tasks related to accounts payable, account reconciliation, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.

• Conduct regular check runs and ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.

• Carry out invoice processing tasks, including matching, coding, and batching of invoices.

• Regularly update and maintain customer credit records.

• Handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable and provide excellent customer service.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations related to accounts payable.

Requirements

3+ years full cycle Accounts Payable experience

Proficiency with MS Excel

Proficiency with Quickbooks
