Job Description:
At Regions, the Loan Servicing Single Point of Contact Specialist works with customers that are going through the foreclosure process as the sole point of contact for the borrower until their financial hardship is resolved.
Primary Responsibilities
Acts as a direct point of contact for delinquent or imminent default borrowers and assists them through the loss mitigation servicing process
Assesses, resolves, and executes appropriate workout solutions
Works with customers to resolve mortgage account delinquency status while minimizing company interest losses
Implements repayment plans as necessary and collects delinquent payments
Ensures that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completed
May contact outside parties to collect or clarify documentation
May provide guidance to less experienced associates
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of related experience
Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position
Skills and Competencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detailed oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong customer service skills
Strong organization skills
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Call center and/or collections experience preferred.
Schedule of the role is as follows:
Training:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (3 months)
Post Training:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CST) or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST)
Rotating Late shift (11:00am to 8:00pm)
Rotating Saturdays (8:00am to 12:00pm)

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Median:
$43,559.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
