B & G MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN SAP Administrator/Analyst in Hatfield, Pennsylvania
JOB SUMMARY Manage and operate the organization's SAP systems and reporting through implementation of best practices for functions including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, problem identification and research and analysis of data output. Full or Part-time position. Can be remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Perform set up and configuration, object transports, troubleshooting, error handling, performance tuning and problem resolution for all operational activities on SAP Provide technical support for SAP systems including examining technical infrastructures, job scheduling, designing , and implemention of SAP operational needs Schedule, monitor and manage background jobs in company specific database Generate and manage SAP roles and profiles Create and modify programs for custom reports (SAP ABAP) and forms (SAP SAPSCRIPT) Create and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports Validate data by working with business partners to ensure data quality Provide support to third party network administrator organization MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years experience in data administration and data management in an SAP environment (Version: ECC 6 EHP 7; Server: Windows 2012 R2; SQL Database; Modules: MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, FI, CO) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-directed and possess' initiative to complete projects Working knowledge of Microsoft software (Access, Excel, Word) Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization Must be organized and disciplined to maintain a schedule
