Job Summary:

• Location: Hastings, Nebraska
• Schedule: 2nd shift with rotating weekday days off and every other weekend required
• Pay: $16-18/hour based on experience
• Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and supervise store staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Perform customer transactions, monitor customer satisfaction and ensure safety compliance
• Oversee housekeeping duties to maintain store safety and cleanliness
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Assist in overall store management, including scheduling and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Proven mid-management experience preferably in a convenience store or retail setting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in inventory management and performance evaluations
• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
