Cassia Dietary Aide/ Server in Hastings, Minnesota

We will train you for these positions at our 5-star senior care campus! This is a rewarding way to earn a paycheck while learning valuable skills. There are Part Time, benefit eligible positions working Days (6:00am - 2:30pm) or Evenings (4:00pm to 8:00pm) < great shift for students!
Starting Wage: $16.31 / hour plus more for experience.
Potential training opportunity to cross train to cooking position available to candidate looking for an opportunity for advancement. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills!

What does a Dietary Aide do?
Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Dietary Aide require?
Be willing to be cross trained in other areas in food service (cooking).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
