Description and Requirements
AP TA Ops Intern will support our Asia Pacific recruitment operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in TA processes, Data & System management, and Overview of TA operations in a global organization.
• Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating data in HR systems like Avature and Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Offer Letter Preparation: Support the preparation and release of employment offers while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Reporting and Dashboards: Help create and manage recruitment reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Process Optimization: Assist in improving hiring processes and ensuring compliance with local policies and updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners and HR Operations teams to support daily tasks and special projects.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment tasks, administrative duties, and operational initiatives. Collaboration with TA partners and HR Operations.
Experience & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for a 3-month internship.
