Function Description:
This position is for Travel & Expense Management team in P2P Operations & managing Corporate Card Program.
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for meeting SLA & compliance by ensuring optimum productivity & 100% accuracy along with managing Corporate Card portfolio.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage Team of 4 – 5 team members
Coaching & developing team.
Meeting with defined SLA and ensuring AEMP 26 policy adherence.
Maintain high accuracy & productivity standards.
Management of AMEX corporate cards including card issuance, maintenance, @ work reporting & effectively managing shared email box by providing excellent customer service.
Reviewing T&E Concur reports on regular basis with the objective of analysis on T&E spend & assisting on ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Detail orientated with the aim of enhancing process efficiency.
Good communication, collaboration and great interpersonal skills with colleagues, customers & stakeholders etc.
Strong command on Relationship Management Customer Centricity
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously & ability to prioritize.
Capable of leading projects independently.
Effective team leading competencies.
Must be flexible to work in different shifts.
Past Experience:
Graduate with a minimum work experience of 8 - 9 years.
Should have people leader experience of handling operations (experience in P2P is a plus)
Good communication (verbal & written) skills.
Knowledge of operational metrics, tableau dashboard reporting, driving SLA is a prerequisite.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point required.
@ work reporting knowledge would be a plus.
Prior Knowledge of Concur, Oracle and Payments processes will be an advantage
Academic Background:
- The incumbent should either be a Graduate or higher
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Must have strong analytical & decision-making skills.
Challenges status – quo with purpose of building process efficiency.
Basic Understanding of the “Expense Reimbursement Policy”, accounting & accruals.
Overview of corporate card management.
T&E Forensics is a big plus
Knowledge of Platforms:
Concur & Oracle - front end & backend knowledge to support UAT.
Cognos reporting – Editing, retrieving & formatting Concur reports.
@ work reporting – Retrieving & editing @ work reports.
