Adecco is seeking a dynamic and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team in Hartwell, GA. You'll play a vital role in supporting capital projects by ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. This role offers competitive compensation ( $25-$29/hour ) over an 18 month contract period.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience.

• Strong proficiency in SAP (A/P, A/R, Finance), Excel, Outlook, DocuSign, and SharePoint.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit invoice backup documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with offshore Accounts Payable team for invoice processing and payment tracking.

• Research and resolve payment inquiries from vendors.

• Prepare monthly reports on invoice issues using Excel.

• Manage document control processes, including scanning, storing, and retrieval.

• Provide general administrative support and identify process improvement opportunities.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
