Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer

• You will evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery.

• You will use data to drive decisions about cell design and process improvement and document existing processes.

• You will also have capital acquisition experience, including identifying process improvements, recommending capital investments, and communicating needs to leadership.

• Your role will involve calculating ROI, increasing throughput, and relaying out processes.

• Proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software is essential.

• You will evaluate existing tooling and fixturing, and make recommendations to improve safety, operability, and efficiency.

• You will translate technical specifications into CAD-based layouts and full bills of materials, promote design standards, and ensure designs are cost-sensitive.
