Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the tactical activities of the inside sales team is executed according to standard. Coaches the inside sales team in customer accuracy and retention best practices. This role should have a thorough understanding of our inside sales processes to train and coach the sales team. This role supervises Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives for their division.Core Functions:• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the inside sales team.• Responsible for staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales strategy and execution.• Assigns sales territory to sales representatives, coaching them in their activities and results.• Responsible for their team's compliance with internal SOPs.• Coordinates inventory outages and capacity concerns with team.• Performs root cause analysis and develops action plans for sales quality issues that arise through the RMA process.• Responsible to ensure the KPIs of account managers and customer service representatives are consistently attained.Key Measures of Success: • Ability to hit RMA Goal.• Having robust succession development in place for people roadmap.• Customer satisfaction for division.• Consistently exhibits and displays the company’s values of “Own It. Act in Love.” o Own It – Commitment to customer, company, and each other.o Can Do – Team Player, Open to Change, & Pursuing continuous improvement.o Act in Love – Treating others with humility, respectfulness, kindness, honesty, patience, and self-control.Education & Experience: Minimum Required:• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in customer service environment.Preferred• Ability to create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.• Ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel.Physical Demands & Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment. This role will routinely utilize standard office equipment to perform the core functions listed in this job description. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies as well as communicate verbally and electronically. The work is primarily sedentary. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud and in a non-temperature-controlled environment. While performing the core function of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and stand.
