Position Summary
Serves as Senior Healthcare Implementation Manager for Aetna Health Customizations supporting plan sponsors with the new Commercial Product Aetna Custom Connections. Candidate will lead and oversee the deployment and integration of advanced digital technologies, including SSO, API, and content management systems. Role requires autonomously driving successful implementation while managing multiple deliveries, collaborating with several business partners, and supporting ad hoc projects to deliver the Aetna Custom Connections product. This position requires strong communication, project management, and technical skills combined with healthcare industry knowledge to implement digital enhancements that improve the member experience, create operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Coaching and mentoring Digital Managers to expand business knowledge across the team.
What you will do:
Independently lead the end-to-end implementation of digital technology solutions, including SSO and API integrations, in conjunction with internal and external partners.
Own entire project delivery, including requirement gathering, project documentation, facilitation. Will need to collaborate with plan sponsors and members during testing, release, and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate project progress, risks, and/or blockers, to progress project and show transparency in approach.
Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are integrated effectively and securely.
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience managing projects or plan sponsor deliverables from discovery, through implementation, to delivery and support.
7 years of experience in the Managed Healthcare industry.
5+ years of managing implementations’ timelines and deliverables.
5+ years of experience with negotiating, client facing or vendor management, and analytical. Plus, able to work independently and provide solution-based recommendations.
3+ years of coaching or mentoring experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.
Experience in benefits implementation and delivery.
Knowledge of plan sponsorship.
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem-solving, asking probing questions, and looking for underlying issues.
Excellent business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated relationship skills; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High school diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience.)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
