Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in HARTFORD, Connecticut. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will have the responsibility of performing various financial analyses, including but not limited to budgeting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc inquiries. This role is integral to our team as it requires maintaining and analyzing financial results while providing insight on financial forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive variance analysis to understand financial performance

• Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting activities

• Handling ad-hoc financial analysis requests to support decision-making

• Utilizing advanced Excel skills to manipulate and interpret financial data

• Maintaining accurate financial records and providing insight into financial results

• Leveraging Excel formulas to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes

• Monitoring and analyzing month-to-month financial variances

• Supporting the team with other financial-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

• Experience in Variance Analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Excel Formulas

• Ability in Budgeting and Forecasting
